New information on this year’s shows:
Attentions Reiners! This year we will be offering time ahead of the show for you to do some schooling! Sign up for a time slot of 5 minutes for just $10. This will start at 3 and run until 4:30. We will let you have the main arena to yourself to work on your reining pattern or whatever you want! Come early to take advantage of this great opportunity!
Working rancher will start our show at 4:00 in the warm-up arena. This will be followed by our popular reining and working cow classes in the main arena starting at 5:00. Plan on watching and cheering for your favorite riders, or sign up and give it a try yourself! All classes are open to all horses and riders, not just Buckskins!
Saturday will start at 8:00am with halter. Stallions, geldings, then mares. We have 2 longe-line classes for Open and ABRA 2 & under babies! We will then cover all the usual Showmanship and English classes, including Walk/Trot classes. We have also added Novice Rider classes for those just getting started! We wrap up the day with our fun gaming events. Remember, gaming even has it's own high point awards!
Sunday is Western day. We start off with our trail events. We have 2 in-hand trail classes for Open and ABRA babies. This will be followed by a class for your leadline kids. A great way to get the little ones started in showing! Following that class, we will run a full schedule of Western classes. All of our Equitation classes, Western and English, have patterns.
We hope you will join us for all the fun! This year you can do a pre-entry if you wish, along with sending in your advance stall reservation form. This will save you some money. We want to keep our show costs down for you, so our increase in class fees will only be for entries made at the show. So remember to download all the forms from the website and send them in early! This will help our office run smoother and faster, which will make all of us happier!
